Have you ever arrived at a party only to find that all the fun activities have ended, the party is winding down,

and you are the only person left with the energy to clean up? That is an extremely tardy arrival, and that may be what we observe with the Ram 1500 EV in 2024.

Similar to the Chevy Silverado EV, this new electric pickup truck is planned for the 2024 model year, although we know far less about the Ram.

In fact, there is so little information available that it is uncertain if the Ram 1500 EV will enter the full-size electric vehicle market in 2024 or be delayed.

How late is the 2024 Ram 1500 EV to this electric truck party?

We Ram devotees won't likely be bothered by this new truck's delay.

The Ram 1500 is a well regarded pickup truck that offers a stylish, cosy interior packed with high-tech amenities.

Unfortunately, shoppers on the fence about which truck to buy may choose another model because there is so little information available and alternative EV vehicles on the market.

It's probable that the new Tesla Cybertruck will already be on the market by the time Ram gets its act together, as noted by MotorTrend,

since it will enter the market after the Ford F-150 Lightning, GMC Hummer EV, Chevy Silverado EV, GMC Sierra EV, and Rivian R1T.

What platform will the new Ram EV use? This Stellantis-produced electric Ram full-size pickup truck will be supported by the new STLA Frame when it is released.
