Tesla CEO Elon Musk has blamed Detroit-based electric vehicle maker General Motors.

General Motors announced earlier this week that it will build its own electric vehicle (EV) in Mexico. He claimed that Tesla's electric car was the most "Made in USA" car.

General Motors announced in a press release on Monday that it will manufacture the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV at its plant in the city of Ramos Arispe in northern Mexico.

The company also said in a press release that the car will be available for sale in Mexico by the end of 2023.

Musk's response is in response to a tweet from Tesla Lati writer Johnna Crider, who shared the news of General Motors and wrote:

And @ POTUS blamed @elonmusk and Tesla for putting GM on the pedestal. American. This is all I have to do. I think Mexico is cheap. "

In response, Musk, the wealthiest man in the world, said, "Tesla is America's most manufactured car." He was fired after Mr. Musk repeatedly criticized him for ignoring Tesla.

The New York Post said President Biden's support for General Motors and Ford stems from his long-standing historical political ties to organized labor.

General Motors and Ford employ union members, but Mask's Tesla company does not. Mr. Musk has long criticized the union, with his fortune estimated at $ 223 billion.

Tesla cars are manufactured in four fully operational factories. One is in Fremont, California.
