If you want a V8 pickup, Nissan's refreshed Titan has one with 400 horsepower and your choice of three grilles.

The 2020 Nissan Titan full-size truck with a standard 400-horsepower V8 engine has been unveiled.

The majority of truck manufacturers won't immediately offer you a V8.

You'll receive a good V6, maybe a turbocharged 4-cylinder, but the large V8 requires additional payment.

With Nissan, no. The Nissan Titan comes standard with a 5.6-L V8 engine. Additionally, it produces 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque for the 2020 model.

That is 19 lb-ft and 10 more horses than the model from the previous year.

At the Texas State Fair in Dallas yesterday, Nissan unveiled their mid-cycle updated Titan.

The Titans other new features may pique your attention if a baseline 400-hp V8 engine isn't enough to catch your eye.

A more effective 9-speed transmission has replaced the previous 7-speed transmission, which is expected to enhance fuel efficiency, reduce emissions,

and shave a whole second off the Titan's pace from zero to sixty miles per hour.

For improved off-road performance, a brake limited-slip differential and an electronic locking rear differential are also standard features.
